SO , last month I did a bit of online shopping on the Urban Outfitters website and I bought two pairs of the Sateen High Waisted pants in Apple Butter and Black . Well I bought these pants for Fall but since today it’s a bit colder out and windy I decided to put on the black pair … well I find out that they are too big! And me being the dork that I am , I try the Apple Butter pair on and obviously they are also too big lol So I look over my packing slip and read the return policies … now Urban Outfitters will exchange and refund only within 30 days . The date I recieved my order was 8/10/11 … TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 10!!! So my question is … is Urban Outfitter’s policy really serious and set in stone or can I return them to a store this week?
PLEASE HELP IF YOU’VE RETURNED TO URBAN OUTFITTERS.
